Find Precinct - Searches the Montgomery County Board of Elections for the precinct corresponding to the specified address.
URL: http://www.montgomerydems.org/api/find_precinct.php
Parameters: 
	StreetNumber - The street address number for which to search.  Required.
	StreetDirection - The direction of the street for which to search.
	StreetName - The name of the street for which to search in full or in part.  Required.
Response: HTML, precinct followed by voting location.

Get Cities - Returns a list of all of the cities and municipalities as related to the Central Committee.

Parameters: None
Response: JSON, list of cities.

Get Precincts - Returns a list of the matching precincts that have elected a Precinct Captain.

	city - The city or municipality to search, ex: DAYTON
Response: JSON, list of precincts.

Get Precinct Captain - Returns a list of the matching Precinct Captains.

Parameters:
	precinct - The precinct to which to limit the search, ex: 1-B  Not specify this will return all Precinct Captain data.
Response: JSON, list of Precinct Captain data.
