Bush Approval Plumets to Lowest Point

The approval rating for President Bush has reached an all-time low according to a recent poll by CBS news. Only 34 percent of persons polled approved of the President's overall performance. This is a drastic change compared to just last month when his approval rating was 42 percent. The President has also slid on specific issues as well, including his handling of the war in Iraq and his effectiveness in combating terrorism.
